Organically raised quail, skin removed. Limited availability, also available to order for restaurant and wholesale (please give us 12 weeks notice for your restaurant or wholesale order). They come bagged frozen and are sold only as pet food quality as they are not processed off site. We can't sell them for human consumption, even though we eat them ourselves!
