Naturally raised, pastured chicken fed organic foods. This is the whole roaster broiler chicken, they are air chilled (not water chilled), so you get a true weight and much more flavour. Average weight between 5.5 to 8 lbs (please specify if you prefer small or large and we do our best to accommodate). They come frozen.
